Battlestats.com (BSC) Registration Tutorial.

Battlestats.com is where all tournament scores and tallies are kept. It is necessary for all new members of the NRN to to register there.

1. Go to http://www.battlestats.com and click 'Sign Up' located at the top of the homepage.

2. Read through the 'Battlestats Terms Of Use'. When completed doing this, click 'I Agree' at the bottom of the page.

3. You will then have to fill out the registration form. Use the following example as a guide (click to enlarge).

4. After clicking 'Submit', you will have to wait for a confirmation email from BSC. This may take several minutes or up to a day. Included in this email is your confirmation code and your ID#. Enter the code on the following BSC page: http://www.battlestats.com/players/add/?confirm (Click the following example to enlarge.)

5. The next step is to log on to the BSC site. As you log in, use the ID# that came in your confirmation email. Log in at the following page: http://www.battlestats.com/login. Use the following example as a guide (click to enlarge).

6. Next go to the 'player edit' screen http://www.battlestats.com/players/edit . Click on 'New Club'. Type 7 in the space for 'Club ID'. Next, type NRN in the space for 'Initials'. Use the following example as a guide (click to enlarge).

7. Enter your name (do NOT include the prefix _NRN_R_, it will be added automatically) and your rank (Academy Recruit). *note: You will visit this 'Player Edit' screen again when you wish to update your rank upon any promotions. Use the following example as a guide (click to enlarge).

8. You will be assigned to a squad by the Fleet Admiral. You may not be placed in the squad you selected in the NRN registration. Squads are filled on a 'by need' basis.

9. Congratulations, you are now BSC registered. At your leisure, view the BSC rules for 'Submitting a War Match'. Also, place the following page in your 'favorites' folder; you will be going there often. BSC XWA page.
